We understand that many of you enjoy being able to organise your schedules online, and now you can!

To complement our new website (which you are hopefully finding more user-friendly and informative) we now also have Customer Portal called ‘My Swim’.

My Swim offers new customer features including the ability to purchase online some of our services via the My Swim tab in our menu bar.

Services online so far include;

• Buying multi-visit passes for general pool entry.
• Buying multi-visit group fitness passes.
• Check to see how many visits are left on your pass.
• Confirm and pay for your next term's Learn-to-Swim re-enrolment.
• Sign-up to be notified of pool closures or to receive, our quarterly E-newsletter, change your contact details and much more!
